We are always looking for a healthy snack to replace peanuts or nuts and I think we have found a winner!!
A perfect little addition to drinks, whilst watching movies, entertaining or for simply snacking on mid morning.
Ingredients:
1 can Chickpeas
1tbsp Rapeseed Oil
1tbsp Paprika
1tbsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Chilli powder (you can add more to your liking)
1/2tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Method:
Heat oven to gas mark 4 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Drain Chickpeas and pat dry with kitchen roll.
In a bowl toss the chickpeas with all of the ingredients, then transfer the chickpeas onto the baking tray.
Make sure the chickpeas are flat so they can crisp evenly.
Bake for 35-45mins, leave to cool then store in an airtight container.
