I know its a little late on but as the saying goes 'better late, than never'.
Things were very hectic for us as a family as 2020 drew to a close, Jasmine had a few appointments throughout December with her allergist. I will post shortly about those!!
As we have entered in to 2021 a new year, Brexit actually happened and we have entered our third lockdown and unlike the first we definitely don't have the weather on our side, but... we have a lot to be excited for this year:
Natasha's Law, will come into effect in October, requiring all food businesses in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to provide a full ingredient list with accurate allergen labelling on all food packaged for sale on any premises!
PALFORZIA a drug to treat peanut allergy sufferers should hopefully be launching in the UK in May 2021 after being approved by the European Commission.
I hope to be able to learn so much more about allergies, how it effects sufferers, their carers and family, I hope to keep sharing our stories with you all and look forward to sharing new recipes.
I am going to be trialling the sale of homemade fudge too... Free From of course!!
