Back to School Care Plan!

Most children in the UK will find themselves returning to school this week. If your child has severe allergies and or anaphylaxis, it is imperative that you have your child's care plan filled in, printed out and a copy with school and in their medical bag.

Remember to update any contact details and ensure you're school knows what to do in an emergency.

Don't forget to double check expiry dates on the Epi pens or JEXT pens, as well as on Inhalers, anti histamines and any other medication that your child requires.
