Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for 5 seconds, then exhale through your mouth, repeat until you feel your heart beat start to slow and your breathing start to regulate.
De catastrophise the situation, What do you think will happen? How likely is it to happen and have a plan of action in case it does happen.
