Whether you're a vegan, intolerant or allergic to eggs I am sure you will agree that swapping eggs in recipes is no easy task!!
We have tried many different substitutes in recipes such as, mashed banana, apple sauce, lemonade or chia seeds. More often than not 'these can alter the taste and texture of the foods you are creating. So when we stumbled across the Free and Easy Egg replacer I didn't hold much hope for anything amazing, but, I am pleased to say that it is by far the best and easiest egg replacer we have used so far.
As Jasmine is also gluten and dairy free, when we bake cakes we are substituting a lot of usual ingredients which can result in stodgy and powdery bakes, but, when we use the egg replacer they come out tasty and with a light fluffy texture.
I have found this on Amazon and in Asda on the vegan isle.
